To get the folder to show up you need to go to options in Windows Explorer > Change Folder and Search Options > View Tab > Select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" AND deselect "Hide protected operating system files." Where I fucked up, is that the Native Instruments folder inside of C: > Users > Public > Public Documents was not only hidden, but flagged as a protected operating system folder.
